Recruitment
: It will be the first priority for recruitment the good and
experience people and maintain a policy
with terms & condition for work in the appointment letter which is both
side good.
Selection
:
Has to be selected the qualified people, right people who is eligible for the
vacant post so that the company may rum smoothly. .
Training
:
After recruit the candidate first has to be training to him about his
responsibility of work.
Discipline
:
I have to all time alert for company discipline so that each department
employee can work smoothly.
Motivation
:
After recruit the people I have to motivate them so that employee know company
policy for smooth work.
Development
:
Always has to be inform to the employee how to develop the company.
Salary
issue :
if found man is ok, skill but due to not giving the on time salary, worker
doesn’t work attentively and ultimately production is less, in this case I have
to inform with my superior to solve this issue so that production is coming as
target, this is the way to develop the production and company run.
Reward
policy :
Has to be reward to the employee for their performance so that productivity is
come more and more.
Migration
issue : If found worker
migration/ (employee coming and going):
It is a great
problem for the company. Because, when
experience worker resign the production will be down. In this case I have to
find the reason and take discussion with r my superior, so that it can reduce.
Attendance
:
If found employee not come timely in the factory then I have to strong
initiative for timely attend in the factory and arrange a attendance bonus
& on the other hand who will be 3 days late then one day salary will be
cut, this way factory will run smoothly than before.
Maternity
:
I have to arrange maternity satisfaction so that employee can be happy.
Good
environment for work : I have to check working place whether it is good or
not, if not good I will discus with my superior and arrange for good
environment such as : wide corridor/ enough light/ fan/ filter water/ clean
toilet and wash room/ wide stair etc.
Safety
:
If available sufficient safety tools/ emergency stair and details direction in
the room/ notice board/ and wall which is visible to all then employee learn
how will save their shelf and work. Due to this well arrangement factory people
will be at safety and work attentively which is affect for smooth work and
automatically factory will run smoothly.
Doctor
& Nurse :
As a well establish factory the Doctor & Nurse should be facility so that
employee can take free treatment for the employee.
Production
:
As working
layout production suppose to come per day 15,000 pcs but coming 12000 pcs, this
is company loss, in this case I have to check why this less production, if man
power un-skill then I have to appoint skill operator, if line chief/ supervisor
un-skill I have to take skill/ well-experienced line chief/supervisor/, if raw
materials arrangement problem I have to discuss with concern people to arrange
it timely to overcome the target production.
Documentary
:
As a HR Manager has to meeting with all department to update the all
documentary.
Conclusion
:
As a HR Manager the above all initiative has to be implemented with discipline then factory will
run smoothly and it will be increase day by day.
